Why it exists
Logan is not one market. The growth front at Yarrabilba, Flagstone and Park Ridge is full of new blocks that were cut and filled and then handed over with the back half of the yard unfinished. In Queensland, building work valued over $3,300 generally requires a QBCC licensed contractor. Price ranges published on this site are a guide based on typical Australian rates, and the contractor's own written quote is the price that counts.
